Guest access You have full access to the first floor level of our home with your own private entrance. Per New York City's short term rental regulations, we do live in the house with separate access to leave and enter so not to disturb your stay and we're able to provide you with a maximum amount of privacy for your stay. You will enjoy our spacious upper level townhouse all to yourself. Approved by the City of New York as a legal short-term rental, the space is ideal for couples, small families, a solo getaway, or business travel. Our home is set in the beautiful and convenient Windsor Terrace neighborhood. It's steps away from restaurants, bars, shops, and incredible Prospect Park, with the Subway a block away to take you anywhere in NYC. The space Spacious and fully furnished, our guests enjoy their own private entrance, with private bedrooms, private bathrooms, and private kitchen, dining & lounging area. Our home has a TON of natural light if you want it (i.e. when you have the shades up). It is perfect for couples and families visiting friends and family in Brooklyn, as well as individuals in town for work. High-speed internet, a writing desk & large dining room table provide an excellent workspace. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and writing desk. We also have many toys, games, arts & crafts & puzzles available to keep children busy. There are tons of great books and magazines for children & adults. There is plenty of space to move around freely and with ease. We provide large flat-screen TV with a connected APPLE TV. In accordance with NYC regulations, we will be living in a separate section of the house during your stay, downstairs from the main floor and completely out of your way. It is very important to us that our guests have their privacy so it's very likely that you will not even see us during your visit.
