You will enjoy our spacious upper level townhouse all to yourself. Approved by the City of New York as a legal short-term rental, the space is ideal for couples, small families, a solo getaway, or business travel. Our home is set in the beautiful and convenient Windsor Terrace neighborhood. It's steps away from restaurants, bars, shops, and incredible Prospect Park, with the Subway a block away to take you anywhere in NYC.
Spacious and fully furnished, our guests enjoy their own private entrance, with private bedrooms, private bathrooms, and private kitchen, dining & lounging area. Our home has a TON of natural light if you want it (i.e. when you have the shades up). It is perfect for couples and families visiting friends and family in Brooklyn, as well as individuals in town for work.
High-speed internet, a writing desk & large dining room table provide an excellent workspace. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and writing desk. We also have many toys, games, arts & crafts & puzzles available to keep children busy. There are tons of great books and magazines for children & adults. There is plenty of space to move around freely and with ease. We provide large flat-screen TV with a connected APPLE TV.
In accordance with NYC regulations, we will be living in a separate section of the house during your stay, downstairs from the main floor and completely out of your way. It is very important to us that our guests have their privacy so it's very likely that you will not even see us during your visit. Please message me with any questions you may have about the space, reservation dates, or if you are planning your stay with more than two paying guests - we have some flexibility with the space and should be able to accommodate your needs.

Guests use the upper level of our home, which includes its own fully stocked kitchen, dining area that may double as a desk, a reading corner, streaming on a large flat-screen television, very comfortable furniture, pleasant surroundings, and space to stretch and enjoy!
Guests have their own private entry into our upper level townhome, which is easy and seamless!
* No smoking inside. If you choose to step outside to smoke, please place used cigarettes in the trash after extinguishing completely.
* Our home is shoe-free, and it is requested that shoes be removed in the foyer.
* Please no parties or events - send me a message in advance for your approval of additional guests not included in your reservation.
* Please cleanup after yourself.
* Pets allowed for a fee.
* Please follow our detailed "Trash Guidelines".
* We have a doorbell camera.
* This is an old Brooklyn Townhome. Noise easily travels throughout the house between the upper and lower floors. You may hear some noise or perhaps conversation coming from the downstairs. We will do our best to minimize any disruptions. Please reach out and let us know if its an issue and we'll send a friendly reminder to the ground floor guests.
* Use of the twin lofted beds are included in reservations where the "extra guest fee" has been paid. If you would like to use them, please let us know ahead of time so we can handle any extra fees and have them prepared for your group in advance of your stay.

The house has some wonderful details (large kitchen, modern/updated bathroom and all the skylights!). We also enjoyed the piano! The neighborhood is very quiet, peaceful and near prospect park which was very pleasant.

It was convenient to the subway and in a very walkable neighborhood. Prospect Park is close by and we walked there, also visiting the Brooklyn Botanic Garden. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds comfortable. We had an enjoyable 4 day weekend in this lovely house.

Finding AirBnb's in NYC has always been a bit of a moving target. You can't miss with this one. Great location in a quiet and relaxed neighborhood. Extremely close to Prospect Park and the F/G trains. And the space itself was very accommodating for large groups, extremely clean, and very comfortable.
