Pet fee is per pet. ** We have a couple of nuances about our home we would like to make sure you're aware of. 1. The ensuite bathroom door in the Master bedroom is very difficult to open & close; requiring major construction to properly fix. Please use the main bedroom door for privacy. 2. The glass sliding doors to access the "Florida Room" are sometimes difficult to open & close and may require a bit more force when operating. We apologize for these nuances and have adjusted our nightly rates to be reflective of these inconveniences. The Hot Tub, Kayaks & other Beach amenities are for your convenience and enjoyment. We do our best to ensure they're clean, maintained and in proper working condition for you to enjoy. These amenities are not guaranteed and no refunds will be issued if these items are not available at the time of your stay. This property is located on the water in a tropical climate zone that we share with other creatures that are part of our landscape. In the area, it's possible, but not likely, to see, parrots, iguanas, exotic reptiles, raccoons, feral cats, alligators, non-native primates and other wild animals we love as well as all kinds of bugs that are part of nature. We have pest control services to deal with these creatures. If you come across a dangerous animal you must immediately let us know through Airbnb's messaging system so we can take timely action to deal with these issues.
