January-11 2024Franks place is actually bigger inside then the photos indicate. And as many reviews we read stated, the beds are extremely comfortable. We loved that you could dine in either the dining room or the huge sunroom. I loved the hot tub and being on the canal. A highlight for us was seeing some native iguanas or whatever they were on the deck. We will definitely return!

It is tucked into a quiet neighborhood just minutes away from the main strip of Wilton Manors and close to many restaurants and groceries. The house itself is super cute with plenty of space between the three bedrooms and large living area. The back deck facing the canal was a treat with the hot tub. It was a lot of fun watching the iguanas scurry about!

The neighborhood is safe and there are great restaurants nearby as well as grocery stores right down the street. It was a quick and easy drive to Fort Lauderdale and a quiet neighborhood overall. The home was comfortable with powerful showers, a nice kitchen and ample space inside and outside to gather.

The canal and deck out back are wonderful for morning coffee, a launch point for mid-day kayaking around the neighborhoods, and hanging out with friends in the evening. I would recommend this house for anyone looking to travel to Ft. Lauderdale needing three beds in separate bedrooms, e.g. three couples or a family with kids.

The pictures of Frank’s place do not deceive. Needed very little communication with Frank, he gave us full details several days before arriving. But when we needed restaurant recommendations, he was quick to answer.
